Hartsfield Manor

Welcome to Hartsfield Manor

Step inside Hartsfield Manor, Betchworth and you’ll marvel at how the Victorian grandeur gracefully absorbs the modern comforts and facilities at this impressive venue. Set in 16 acres of Surrey countryside and surrounded by lawns and a garden terrace, the setting is undeniably tranquil.

Situated between the market towns of Reigate and Dorking and close to the M25 and Gatwick Airport, Hartsfield Manor is the ideal venue to host your next celebration, business meeting or break away. There are plenty of places to visit nearby including Denbies Wine Estate, Polsden Lacey and Bocketts Farm as well as an abundance of countryside to explore.

Back in the 1860’s Arthur Woodriff-Jaffray started to build Hartsfield Manor to be used as his family home. Sadly, Arthur died and left his widow Mary and their young daughter. Mary remarried and had six more children occupying the now completed Hartsfield Manor as their family home. In the Second World War the house was taken over by the Canadian army and used as a hospital. After the war the house was run as a hotel then as a training college for Midland Bank. Hartsfield Manor is now privately owned and is constantly cared for and maintained to the highest quality to make it the beautiful venue you see today.
