If you arrive before your room is ready, you’re welcome to leave your luggage with our reception team while you enjoy the hotel and its surroundings.

Yes! Hartsfield Manor is delighted to welcome dogs to the hotel. We offer dog-friendly stays in our Annexe Garden Terrace rooms, and your four-legged companions are also welcome in our bar, lounge and outdoor terrace area, so you can relax and enjoy your visit together.

Children aged 3–15 years: An additional supplement of £10.00 per extra bed applies.

We do not have fridges in the bedrooms however we can arrange this on request at no extra cost, subject to availability.

Due to the historic character and unique layout of Hartsfield Manor, there is no lift access to the upper floors of the Manor House, Annex or Lodge.
However, we do have access lifts throughout the main Manor building to provide step-free access for wheelchair users. These allow access to our ground-floor bedrooms, meeting rooms and coffee point.
If you have any specific accessibility requirements or would like advice on the most suitable room for your stay, please contact our reception team before arrival. We’ll be happy to help you plan a comfortable visit.
Train station: Betchworth Station is the closest, approximately 0.7 miles away (a 15–20-minute walk or a short taxi ride). Dorking and Reigate stations are also nearby, while Redhill Station offers direct rail links to London.

By car: Hartsfield Manor is just a few minutes from the M25, providing convenient access to London and the surrounding areas.

Breakfast is served in The Terrace Restaurant from 7am to 9.30am Monday to Friday and between 8am and 10am on weekends and bank holidays.
