Frequently Asked Questions

Before your Stay

Check-in is from 2pm, but if you arrive early and want to drop off your bags, we’re happy to store them at reception. Check out by 11am.

The reception is open 24 hours for check in or out.

Check-in is 2pm as standard, however, we can sometimes offer early check-ins on special request, if rooms are available. Please call us prior to your stay and we can confirm this.

We apply a £10 per hour charge for early check-in and late check-out.

We have 90 complimentary parking spaces available on-site. Our car park is open-air, so please ensure not to leave any valuables in your car.

The nearest EV charging point is in the nearby village of Buckland.

We permit service dogs only.

We can provide cots for the babies, a Z bed or sofa bed for our younger guests in our Junior Suites. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

We apply a £10 daily charge for Children staying with adults that includes breakfast and extra bed.

We do not have fridges in the bedrooms however can arrange this on request at no extra cost.

If you’d like something added to your room before arrival such as a bottle of Champagne or special flower arrangement, just let us know at least 48 hours prior to arrival. We will organise it for you at a charge.

Our bedding is all feather free. For your safety we would remove all cushions from the bedrooms. Kindly let us know at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

We can provide additional blankets, pillows and towels upon request.

Hairdryer and Molton Brown toiletries are part of our standard amenities.

Due to the historic layout of the hotel, there is no lift in the Manor House. Similarly in the Annex and Lodge. Our reception team would be happy to assist with your luggage.

Getting to the Hotel

Hartsfield Manor is a short taxi ride from Dorking and Redhill stations with direct link to London.

Reigate, Dorking Deepdene and Betchworth stations are also nearby.

Our hotel is perfectly situated and just 9 miles from London Gatwick Airport.

During your stay

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all public areas and bedrooms.

Access to Wi-Fi will require for you to provide your email address.

Breakfast is served in The Terrace Restaurant from 7am to 9.30am Monday to Friday and between 8am and 10am on Saturday and Sunday.

Opening times for dinner is 6.30pm – 9pm daily. Reservation is preferable but not necessary.

Our on-site gym is reserved to our hotel guests. It is open daily from 7am to 10pm.

In addition, running maps are available at our reception.
