Brand new for 2021, our newly erected, beautiful gazebo, promises to be a stunning location for your ceremony. Available for weddings between April and October, our gazebo and freshly planted flowerbeds will be ready this coming Spring.

As part of all our wedding packages you will receive access to your very own dressing room the morning of your wedding. Arrive early and calm those butterflies before you and your bridesmaids to settle in with a glass of fizz.

It’s the ideal space for your hair and make-up artists to work their magic before putting on that dress. When the time comes your dedicated wedding coordinator will knock on your door (if they’re not already with you) and guide you down the staircase to your ceremony and you eagerly awaiting fiancé.

We believe that post-wedding glow should last well beyond the event itself. So as your party winds down and your guests retire to their rooms, you will be making your way to you luxurious wedding suite. Fit with beautiful garden views, bath robes, slippers and elegant Molton Brown toiletries, where better to spend your first night as a married couple. Available complimentary as part of all our wedding packages.

We spend many hours every day making sure our 17 acres of gardens look their best all year round but this doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy them.

There are a whole host of idyllic photo opportunities around the grounds, whether it’s for those intimate shots of just you two or you’re trying to capture your entire family. Our giant chess board acts as the perfect ice breaker for your guests who may be meeting for the first time.

ACCOMMODATION IN SURREY

Hartsfield Manor has 50 en-suite bedrooms offering modern amenities in a beautiful and peaceful location. Whether you’re looking for a quiet space to relax after a hard day at work or a luxurious suite for your weekend retreat, we have the ideal room for you. We have a wide selection of stylish and contemporary rooms and suites located in the main manor house, annex and lodge buildings.

What You Will Find In Your Room

AVAILABLE ROOM TYPES

COSY DOUBLE

Contemporary rooms located in the Headley Wing or Annex. These compact rooms have a small double bed and are ideal for the solo guest. Small but perfectly formed and offering all the usual amenities.

ANNEXE DOUBLE

Contemporary rooms located in the annexe building, adjacent to the Manor House. These larger rooms have a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Ideal for couples or the solo guest.

ANNEXE GARDEN TERRACE

These newly refurbished bedrooms are located within our annexe building, as very short walk from the main manor house. Each of these rooms come with sliding doors, opening on to your own garden terrace fit with a seating area and views of the Surrey Hills.

LODGE DOUBLE

Originally the gatehouse to Hartsfield Manor, The Lodge, a short walk from the hotel reception, offers a homely feel with 6 tasteful, large double rooms with en-suite facilities. Ideal for couples or the solo guest as well as groups looking for private accommodation.

MANOR HOUSE SINGLE

Stylish rooms located in the original Victorian Manor House. A touch of luxury for the solo traveller these rooms offer garden views and complimentary bottled water as well as all our usual amenities.

MANOR HOUSE DOUBLE

Stylish rooms located in the original Victorian Manor House. Rooms come in different shapes and sizes but all offer a touch of luxury with double bed, garden views and complimentary bottled water as well as all our usual amenities.

JUNIOR SUITE

These spacious suites offer a touch of luxury within the Manor House. All come with Fabulous views, comfortable robes, slippers, deluxe toiletries, a mini fridge and a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

HARTSFIELD SUITE

Set in the heart of the original Victorian Manor house, our stylish Hartsfield Suite is often reserved for our newly wedded couples as their bridal suite. Inclusive of all the amenities of our Junior Suites as well as a large seating area and incredible views of the Surrey Hills.
